I have a print subscription, how do I create my account for online access?

To Create Your Account:

1. Go to https://www.hcn.org/subscriber-services/activate

2. Enter your new Account Name, email address, and Password (5 characters or more)

3. Click Create Account

4. Confirm your shipping address (where your Print Edition and communications from HCN are being mailed, to update your shipping address submit a separate change of address)

If you have entered a shipping address or email that is different from the record on your account, please let us know as this creates an error and your account may accurately reflect your subscription details.
